Interchange Capital Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Austin Moore to our firm. Austin’s commitment to fostering strong client relationships aligns perfectly with our firm’s core values.
Passionate about helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals, Austin is fully committed to providing excellent service and support to our clients. I’m confident that he will be an invaluable asset to Interchange, and I look forward to the contributions he will make to our firm.
Let’s get to know more about Austin!
Austin’s Background
As the recent recipient of a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, most of Austin’s experiences stem from his various internships. Before joining our firm, he was a private equity intern at Orimar Capital, an asset management and deal sourcing extern with Colton Alexander, and a business intern with Ameristock Metals.
These internships allowed Austin to expand his skills and further develop the leadership traits he gained while participating in four different university organizations; Student Managed Investment Portfolio, Student Finance Association, College of Business Student Advisory Council, and Phi Gamma Nu, a business leadership fraternity.
Why Austin Chose the Finance Industry
Austin’s entrée into the world of finance began in high school with his coursework in finance and investment management. These courses exposed him to the intricacies of investment strategies, personal finance, and accounting.
It was during this time that Austin noticed he was more passionate about investing and finance than video games and other hobbies he had at the time. This interest continued to blossom during his time in College.
Austin’s Role With Interchange Capital Partners
At Interchange Capital Partners, Austin officially joins the Financial Strategies division as an analyst, where his primary focus will be assisting business-owner clients with ownership transitions, liquidity strategies, and estate and trust planning. He will also rotate through the Investment Management and Family Office Solutions divisions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s diverse service offerings.
During his time with the Financial Strategies team, Austin will work closely with senior members to analyze clients' personal and business goals, develop customized liquidity and succession strategies, and provide insights on business consulting. His responsibilities include identifying and cultivating client prospects, collaborating with different teams within the firm to structure ownership transition plans, and evaluating the financial impact of various planning strategies.
Austin’s role also involves conducting in-depth research on trust structures, tax-efficient estate planning solutions, and multi-generational wealth transfer strategies. He will help manage complex family office dynamics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial outcomes for clients. As part of the firm’s comprehensive advisory approach, he plays a key role in helping clients explore strategies aimed at preserving and growing their wealth and fostering continuity across generations.
Austin’s Life Outside of Work
A huge golf fan, Austin started playing about 12 years ago and competed for his high school team. He’s also a big film buff and loves to watch movies, write reviews, and collect physical media.

We’re always looking to add talented individuals like Austin Moore to our firm. I’m confident that his enthusiasm for the world of finance and his well-crafted range of skills will continue to flourish as he settles into his new role with us. We look forward to him building solid and effective relationships with our clients.
At Interchange Capital Partners, we’ve developed a mastery of both helping our clients understand where they are today and building comprehensive plans for their future. With this type of transition planning, we fully consider the impact on our clients’ personal wealth and their families.
