Laurie joined Interchange Capital Partners on 11/7/22. She will be working with the Service team as a Client Service Associate. Her past work experience makes her well-suited for this role since attending to client needs has always been her primary focus.

With a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University in 1996, she began her career as a Shelter Specialist at Spectrum Family Network. In her two years there, she monitored wayward young clients and helped them become self-sufficient.

The bulk of Laurie’s financial background, however, comes from being a Representative Payee for fourteen years at Residential Care Services, where she took on the duties of  managing clients’ accounts in a community-based program. Her ability to communicate and problem-solve eventually led her to greater responsibility at Achieva, where, as Employee Benefits Coordinator and Trust Administrator for three years, she gained valuable experience in the details of trust management involving intricate client interactions.

Most recently, she was employed with Touchstone Capital, where her duties relating to client support and assistance mirror her current ones. She is eager and ready to bring her knowledge and capabilities to assist Interchange’s clients with any account processing and financial inquiries.

Laurie enjoys family life with her daughter, son, and faithful dog, Sadie. She is an avid Penguin hockey fan, and in her spare time, she likes listening to rock music and cooking homestyle meals.
